Purpose This combined Privacy & Non‑Refundable Payment Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information and sets out the Company’s policy regarding payments, deposits and refunds for property-related services. ## 2. Acceptance By engaging with the Company (including making any payment, deposit or booking), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, do not provide personal information and do not make any payment to the Company. ## 3. General Rule — Payments Non‑Refundable.** All payments, deposits, booking amounts, advances, earnest money, consultation fees and any other sums paid to the Company in connection with property transactions, bookings or services are **non‑refundable**. This applies both to current and **all future payments**, including advance payments for upcoming projects or transactions. **8.2. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Cancellation.** Payments are non‑refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation, including a change of mind, inability to arrange financing, buyer’s remorse, or the transaction not completing for any reason, unless a specific exception is set out in a separate, signed written agreement. **8.3. Future Advance Payments.** Any **future advance payment** made by the Client to the Company (whether for booking, construction, lease, rent, or purchase) shall also be strictly **non‑refundable** under any circumstances, except where a refund is mandated by applicable law or expressly agreed upon in writing by the Company. **8.4. Exceptions.** The only exceptions to this non‑refundable rule are: (a) where a refund is required by applicable law (e.g., mandatory consumer protection statutes), or (b) where the Company has expressly agreed in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized Company representative to refund some or all amounts. Any such agreement must be in writing; oral promises will not alter this Policy. **8.5. Remedies & Limitations.** If the Company materially breaches a written agreement with a Client, the Client’s remedies will be limited to those expressly set out in that agreement and as provided by applicable law. This Policy does not attempt to exclude or limit remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law. **8.6.
